Terms of Service

✨General✨a) Please make sure to read this document completely♡. This is your responsibility, and I'll assume you read it when you asked me for a commission! Therefore, in breach of this, I am given the full right to cancel the commission and not to refund the total price of the commission.b) Commissions are for personal use. This means that you cannot use my drawings or the commission to generate any type of income and they are for personal use only. (If you want to use it as Youtube banners, Patreon avatars, Twitch stickers, etc., these count as commercial use, because they are a kind of “personal brand”. So if you want to negotiate a commission for commercial use, you must let me know. , contact me privately and we can do it♡. <3c) If these rules or the price changes when you're already on my list, don't worry, your commission continues to work with the previous ones♡d) If you change your username without letting me know, don't reply to my messages in days/weeks, disappear without notice, and/or fail to keep in touch, I will pause your commission until you reappear :(. This means I will continue to do the commissions from those who do maintain stable contact over yours. Remember that if you paid, it's your responsibility to keep in touch! but don't worry, as long as you reappear, you won't lose that money♡.
However, if you did not pay, the commission will be completely abandoned and you will have to wait until when commissions reopen to be able to commission again from scratch.

I may accept a partial refund depending on how much of your commission I take and if you have an emergency situation that you can prove or if the reason I canceled the commission was my fault, error or personal problems.✨What drawing?✨🤍yes!: Furries (anthro, mlp and feral), adoptable custom, *NSFW.🖤No: Detailed armor, Mecha, very muscular characters, characters with very saturated colors, very detailed outfits/clothes, crocodiles.✨About the NSFW✨a) You must have and be able to prove to me that you are over 18! The commission must be for your personal use. The commission cannot be a gift for someone else! (Unless this person can prove that they are also over 18 and of their clear consent to want the nsfw commission). Only ask for characters that you own or that you have permission to use!!.b) The most important thing is that I DO NOT draw anything that is unethical for me. I am quite open with fetishes and of course to draw them, however I DO NOT tolerate, much less I will draw anything without consent, necrophilia, lol-con/sh-tacon, pedophilia, Zoophilia, aggression, or feral characters in situations +18 or with their sexual organs exposed!!

Términos y Condiciones

✨General✨a) Por favor asegúrate de leer este documento por completo♡. Esto es tu responsabilidad, y asumiré que lo leíste al momento de pedirme una comisión! por lo que, al incumplimiento de esta, se me da el derecho total de cancelar la comision y de no reembolsar el precio total de la comision.b) las comisiones son de uso personal. Esto significa que no puedes usar mis dibujos o la comision para generar ningún tipo de ingresos y son solo de uso personal. ( si deseas usarlo de banners de Youtube, avatars de Patreon, stickers de Twitch, etc, estos cuentan como uso comercial, porque son una suerte de “marca personal”. por lo que si quieres negociar una comisión para uso comercial, debes hacermelo saber , contáctame por privado y podemos hacerlo♡.<3c) Si estas reglas o el precio varía cuando ya estés en mi lista, no te preocupes, tu comisión sigue funcionando con las anteriores♡d) Si cambias tu nombre de usuario sin hacérmelo saber, no contestas mis mensajes en días/semanas, desapareces sin previo aviso, y/o fallas en mantener contacto, pausaré tu comisión hasta que reaparezcas:(. Esto significa que proseguiré a hacer las comisiones de aquellos que sí mantengan contaco estable por sobre la tuya. Recuerda que si pagaste, es tu responsabilidad mantenerte en contacto! pero no te preocupes, mientras vuelvas a aparecer, no perderás ese dinero♡.
Sin embargo, si no pagaste, la comisión será completamente abandonada y deberas esperar a cuando reabra comisiones para poder volver a comisionar desde cero.
(Si estás tomando un descanso de las rrss, estás de vacaciones, o en una situación compleja en el momento, no te preocupes, se entiende y mientras me avises, todo bien y podemos conversarlo♡.)e) Los tipos de comisiones en mi lista de precios no son los únicos que hago!, puedes hablarme si requieres algo diferente o saber si puedo hacer algo de tu interes♡.f) Es probable que postee avances de la comision en redes sociales o material relacionado, pero si quieres mantener tu comision en secreto, házmelo saber!g) Si se me falta el respeto, se me trata de mala manera, de manera insistente o se incumplen los terminos y condiciones, tengo todo el derecho de cancelar tu comision sin devoluciones. Ademas, de ser una situacion grabe, me dare el derecho de exponer la situacion a rrs! porfavor mantengamos un buen ambiente y respetemonos♡✨Pasos de mis comisiones✨

Puedo rehacer el boceto como máximo 2 veces para ti. Sin embargo, los detalles pequeños podemos cambiarlos cuantas veces sea necesario para que estés conforme con la comisión.💖Cuánto me tome cada comisión es muy relativo a qué esté pasando en mi vida, mis estudios, el tipo de dibujo que sea, la complejidad, etc! Usualmente me demoro como minimo un mes en entregar el boceto inicial!. Pero no te preocupes, te diré el aproximado del tiempo de entrega cuando me pidas una comisión y si esto cambia durante el trayecto te ire haciendolo saber!. Tienes todo el derecho de ir preguntandome acerca del estado de tu comision, mas no debes ser insistente o preguntarme diariamente, ya que estarias faltando a mi TOS y tendria el derecho de cancelarla✨Cómo pedir una comisión y dónde contactarme✨💖Instagram es mi red social principal por ahora! (pose, accesorio, expresion, etc!)• Recuerda! la referencias (de tu personaje y cualquier cosa que quieras añadir) debe ser clara, no trabajo con descripciones a no ser que sea un *adoptable custom o una hoja de referencia!✨Sobre el pago✨a) Acepto solo transferencias (Chile), y PayPal (USD).b) Como leíste previamente, primero te enviaré un boceto de la comisión, y después de eso viene el pago completo♡. No empezaré a trabajar en tu comisión hasta que me pagues, a no ser que te conozca y seamos cercanos. Si te tomas mucho tiempo en pagar sin una razón, abandonaré tu comisión.c) No hay devoluciones. Tal vez acepte una devolución parcial dependiendo de cuánto lleve de tu comisión y de si tienes una situación de emergencia que puedas probar o si bien, el motivo por el que cancelo la comision fue por mi culpa, error o problemas personales.✨¿Qué dibujo?✨🤍Sipi: Furries (anthro, mlp y feral), custom adoptables, *NSFW.🖤No: Armaduras detalladas, Mecha, personajes muy musculosos, personajes con colores muy saturados, outfits/ropa muy detallada, cocodrilos.✨Sobre el NSFW✨a)Debes tener y ser capaz de probarme que tienes más de 18 años!, la comisión debe ser para tu uso personal. La comisión no puede ser un regalo para alguien más! (A no ser que esta persona pueda probar que también tiene más de 18 años y de su concentimiento claro de querer la comision nsfw). Solo pide personajes que te pertenezcan o que tengas permiso para usar!!.b) Lo mas importante es que NO dibujo nada que sea poco ético para mí. Soy bastante abiertx con los fetiches y por su puesto a dibujarlos, sin embargo NO tolero ni mucho menos dibujare nada sin consentimiento, necrofilia, lol-con/sh-tacon, pedofilia, Zoofilia, agresion, ni personajes ferales en situaciones +18 o con sus organos sexuales expuestos!!
